royalerepair.com (the “Site”) is operated by Peptide Pure LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801 (“Royale Repair,” “we,” “us”). Royale Repair is a Peptide Buzz brand. Reach us any time at info@peptide.buzz.

By browsing the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Royale Repair products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not drugs. Nothing on this Site is medical advice, and no statement here has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Do a patch test before first use. Discontinue use and consult a licensed clinician if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, under the care of a dermatologist, or managing a skin condition, talk to your clinician before starting any new topical product. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes.

Individual results vary. Descriptions of appearance-related benefits refer to the look of skin and are not claims of physiological change.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to order from the Site. We currently sell and ship only within the United States.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship. We may decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or typographic error, or stock limits, and will refund you in full if we do.

Card payments are processed by Authorize.net. Card data is entered directly into Authorize.net’s hosted payment fields and tokenized in your browser; we never receive or store your full card number. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping policy, and our 30-day money-back guarantee is set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including your shipping address. You agree not to misuse the Site: no scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, reselling our products as your own, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

The Site and its contents — text, photography, formulations as presented, layout, and the Royale Repair™, Royale Ritual™, and Peptide Buzz marks — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.

If you send us a review, photo, testimonial, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and adapt it in our marketing, and you confirm the content is yours to share and is truthful. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

Except for the express 30-day money-back guarantee in our Returns policy, the Site and the products are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our officers, members, employees, or suppliers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice to info@peptide.buzz will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or conducted remotely at your election. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead.

Class action waiver and opt-out. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis; class, collective, and representative actions are waived. You may opt out of this arbitration section by emailing info@peptide.buzz with the subject line “Arbitration Opt-Out” within 30 days of your first purchase. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above shows when. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted.
