Shipping

Standard shipping is free on every Royale Repair order within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses. There is no minimum.

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. Pacific on a Friday begin processing the following Monday.

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on distance. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO destinations can take longer. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; carrier delays, weather, and peak season affect transit.

You will get an order confirmation by email as soon as your payment is approved, and a second email with tracking as soon as the label is scanned. If you have not received tracking within three business days, email info@peptide.buzz with your order number and we will find it.

We ship to the address you enter at checkout, so please check it before you submit. If you spot a mistake, email info@peptide.buzz right away — we can usually correct an address before the label is created, but not after. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address will be refunded less actual outbound shipping cost, or reshipped once you confirm a corrected address.

If tracking shows no movement for seven business days, email info@peptide.buzz and we will open a carrier trace and make it right.

If a package arrives damaged, send a photo of the outer box and the product to info@peptide.buzz within seven days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.

Packages marked delivered but not found are usually with a neighbor, a leasing office, or in a side entry. Check there first, then contact us within seven days of the delivery scan and we will help resolve it with the carrier.

The Tallow Balm is a whipped lipid product. In summer transit it can soften or melt and reset with a grainier texture. This does not affect the formula — place the closed jar in a refrigerator for thirty minutes and it firms back up. If you are not happy with it, our 30-day guarantee applies.
